
The Literary Festival 2023, organized by the Cultural Section of the Kuliyapitiya West Divisional Secretariat under the patronage of the Department of Cultural Affairs and Provincial Cultural Affairs Department will be held on 05.10.2023 at the Kuliyapitiya West Divisional Secretariat under the leadership of the Kuliyapitiya West Divisional Secretary and the Assistant Divisional Secretary. Here, the entertainment program was composed by the writer Nanda Udawatta, a member of the Cultural Board, and sung by the veteran singer Senanayake Veraliyedda. Apart from this, the festival was colorful with the participation of children from several art schools in the division, with mask dances, village dances, etc. Regional literary competition winners, cultural council members, cultural council members, artists of the division, Sunday school children and government officials participated in the celebration.









Kuliyapitiya West Divisional Secretary Mr. D.M.A.K. The following programs have been implemented by the Kuliyapitiya West Divisional Secretariat for the control of coronavirus and social coordination.
