Mahajenadhara
- Low income people, helpless persons, sick, and disabled people are issued. The application should be completed to Grama Niladhari in the area. It should be recommended to the social services
- division with the recommendation of the Grama Niladhari.
- If a person under 60 years of age is applying for a medical condition, a medical certificate is required

- Being a low-income earner.
- Medical certificate to use the equipment.

Scholarships
The father, who lost his father, is offering these scholarships to the children who are currently receiving school education.
- A letter that is studying at the school you are learning. (With the signature of the Principal)
- Copy of the birth certificate
- If the father is dead or missing, a death certificate or affidavit.
Aid for Diseases
Completion of the donation by the Divisional Secretariat
- Applicant possesses a land (it must be inscribed with a deed)
- If there is no land, the agreement will be signed by a person who is willing to provide a land (this will be done by the Divisional Secretary or Social Services Officer).
- A Grama Niladhari letter that is a low-income source.
- Certificate from a Medical Practitioner for Disability.
- The housing plan and the estimate from technical officers.
- Birth Certificate or photocopy of the identity card to confirm the age.

Disability Housing Assistance
- Completion of the donation by the Divisional Secretariat
- The applicant should own a land (certified by a deed)
- If there is no land a person has the right to lease the land. (This is done by the Divisional Secretary or Social Service Officer)
- A Grama Niladhari letter that is a low-income source.
- Certificate from a Medical Officer on disability.
- The housing plan and the estimate from technical officers.
- Birth certificate or a photocopy of the identity card to prove the age.
- Documents or any other document indicating how to obtain the maximum amount for an estimate exceeding Rs 25000.00
Disabled self-employed assistance
Completion of the donation by the Divisional Secretariat
- Medical report that is infuriated.
- Report of Social Service Officer.
- Details of the goods for self-employment are purchased.
- Self-beneficiary project report in the application.
- GS report that low income recipients
Provision of allowance (Rs 3000 / =) for disabled persons
Medical report obtained from a government doctor about the disability.
- GCO recommendation to be a low-income person
Single Parent Self Employment aid
This aid is provided to women who have died or are absent from their husband who is less than 50 years of age.
- Grama Niladhari certificate that low-income recipients.
- Overturn declaration that the death certificate is abandoned.
- Priority is given to children of school age.
